This is to capture the feeling of ingesting a comfort food experience, where so many flavors and colors come together to make a perfect harmonious expression of life itself.

Painting is like running around the race track over and over. Each piece may be similar to a previous one, or another one entirely, but no two paintings are ever the same.

Inspired be the deep qualities of night, having listened to what seemed like 19 separate sounds in the wild. Can you hear it? Can you see it?

Inspired by Bethoven, bringing out visual sounds over actual sounds. With site lost, came only sounds and feelings. This painting reflects those feelings

A reflection back on a film with Burt Reynolds, capturing the very soul of these crazy people. Color, movement, that says it all. Lively colors, movement, is what this painting is about.

Look here, see that. Look there, see here. Look at the whole, see more. Look closely, see life. This painting is a symbol of the plunge into the depths to seek that special feeling.

Sometimes, the pure, the basics, the primaries, are all we need in life. Here, I needed to wash my hands, my soul, my pallet, and get to the pureness of it all.

Simon and Garfunkel sang it best with sounds of Silence. This is silence with visual sounds. Pure, clean. When look into the gardens, I seek to see that purity which is so very scarce these days.

Imagine the great forest over red soil, florishing from the rich nutrients. The soil, the forest, all feeds my imagination. The White mist sets in like a veil over life itself. Somehow it all comes together, creating a magical mist of color and beauty.

Yes, freedom. Freedom to be, to exist, to express, with no boundaries, no limits, only coexisting with love and passion. Color is primary here and in all my paintings. Must be pure.

Ahh. The good Earth. I smell it. I feel it. I love it. This earth inspires me to love it. This painting expresses my respect and admirationfor our great earth

Look Closely my friends. The Green fields are life itself. When I paint, I must feel the life from the painting. Like a kiss of love, it replies in full. Green. What a great Color. Cannot live without it.

This painting is an ode to my dear gone friend, Milton Resnick. A great artist and great inspiration. Certainly a great friend. Of all the Abstract expressionists, he was least know. Yet, probably one of the greatest. So, here is to you Milton, my old friend.

Life is but a series of Rhythms. Music, poetry, film, movements, color, nature, all are rhythms. This is what I feel when I paint. This painting is but a reflection of these great gifts.

The heat, the heart, the passion of what a painting must be to be a painting.This is what I tried capturing and projecting here. No limits to where this goes. Color, texture, intensity. That is what it is about.In the end of the day, it needs to make sence. Sense to our feeling, our emotions, our very inborn senses.

Symphonies can be on anything. Sheet music, on green, on red, or as here, on Black. The symphony is a group of colors and movements composed together to bring forth this painting.
